AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail
and many free email ISP usually do not provide users' access to their out-going SMTP
mail server, therefore, your mail client (MailsBroadcast) can't send-out
emails via their SMTP mail server.
Suggestions:
Open an account with an ISP that provides POP3 out-going SMTP mail server
services or setup your own
PCs Mail Server

Outgoing Mail SMTP are provided to you by your ISPs or IT
department If your PCs can send emails, you can view it by:
Startup Outlook
Express, Select: >Tools >Accounts >Mail
>Options >Properties >Servers

mail servers requires authentication for sending-out (usually not for
receiving) emails.
